Labor made a promise to open 137 Medicare Urgent Care Clinics across Australia.

We have now delivered every single one.

Today, 4 in 5 Australians live within 20 minutes of a clinic. Since the first clinic opened in 2023, Australians have made more than 2.5 million visits, with 9 in 10 patients seen within the hour.

In our area, that means we have two fully bulk-billed Urgent Care Clinics available for urgent but non-life-threatening issues — no appointment needed, just your Medicare card. Click here for more information on your nearest clinic.

Delivering 137 clinics was the promise. Making them work as well as they possibly can for our community is the ongoing commitment.

When I'm out doorknocking and at community events, many of you have shared your experiences with these clinics — what's working and what isn't. I take that feedback seriously, and I want to make sure every voice is heard.

That's why I'm asking you to fill out a short survey. Your response will help me advocate for making Urgent Care Clinics even better for you and the community.
